After years of trying to grow real grass in my backyard, I finally gave up and began pricing out options for artificial turf. Too much shade, not enough drainage, and lots of dog/foot traffic made it impossible to keep grass alive. Cannot say enough good things about ForeverLawn Charlotte. We had an amazing experience and absolutely are obsessed with the product. About the product: We had the K9Grass installed in our little backyard, and it was the best investment we’ve made at this house! Not only does it always look amazing, but it drains water SO well. This is super important for two reasons: 1) it is so easy to clean up after your dog, or any kind of mess; we just spray it down with our hose. There is NO bad smell at all because it drains everything right through. 2) There is NO puddling, which is especially nice when it rains because it completely eliminates mud from our backyard and from coming into our house. Imagine never having to clean up muddy paw prints ever again. (It’s amazing!!). We seriously say this changed our lives haha! We always rave about it when people come over and always get compliments on how it made our backyard seem so much bigger! We now can use every square inch of our backyard, and basically added another living space to our house. We love sitting out there now! About the people: Crystal was absolutely fantastic in helping us pick the best product and then scheduling everything, so we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Very transparent; everyone showed up when they said they would and did the job perfectly. The crew came in, were extremely professional, and were fast workers. They knew exactly what to do, had a very strategic process, and knocked the project out in no time. From a grassy, muddy pit in our backyard to perfectly installed turf in just 2 days. We were blown away with what a great job they did. The people were amazing, and the product is absolutely perfect. Again, I just cannot say enough good things about this company and our experience!!

I began looking into K9Grass over a year ago. I contacted ForeverLawn Charlotte last summer, and Crystal was really thorough in explaining the price structure and the installation process. She provided a detailed quote and measurements and answered all of my many questions during the budgeting and design phase of the project before I had even paid a deposit. Of the many contractors I used on this project, ForeverLawn Charlotte was by far the most organized and courteous. During installation, the jobsite was impeccably organized and clean, and Chris was very clear about when he and his crew would arrive and what they would be doing each day. Once the turf was down, I had one question and one small issue. The question was answered immediately, and the issue was solved very quickly as well. They even spent time making sure I understood how to clean the turf, as well as how to best maintain it long term. I’m very happy with the K9Grass product – it’s been down for 3+ months at this point, and it looks brand new, and there is no odor. Crystal and Chris are a great team – very friendly, professional, and hard working. I enjoyed my first experience with them so much that I’m now planning a garden, and ForeverLawn Charlotte will be laying turf in the surrounding area!
